Regular Reviews
We will review sessions regularly [approximately every four-six sessions] to ensure you feel you are getting the most out of therapy; you are not tied into any commitment and you can end treatment at any time.
However, in order to facilitate change in the brain you should understand that commitment and collaboration over a number of sessions is required.
If I consider your requirements beyond my competence, I reserve the right to terminate our treatment contract, this will be discussed in the session and recommendations will be provided.
Cancellations:
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any fees.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 100% of the reserved treatment.
100% treatment charge will be incurred in the case of a client not showing up.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future appointments, this is at the discretion of the Therapist.
If a health or insurance company is paying for your treatment, they may make you liable for the charge. Your treatment sessions could be suspended depending on their policy.
